I’ve been asked this question a few times recently, so I thought I would share here on my blog why you might need to see a pelvic health physio.
You leak urine or faeces accidentally.
Sex or tampons hurt.
You are constipated and or pooping hurts.
You have a “mum tum” or are worried about a tummy muscle separation post-pregnancy.
You have pain in your tailbone or pelvis or deep in your hip joint.
You feel heaviness or dragging in your vagina.
You are pregnant and have aches or pains.
You can’t hold a fart in.
Your life is ruled by knowing where the closest loo is.
You want a post-pregnancy check of your tummy and pelvic floor even though you aren’t having any issues (YAY!)
