I have been treating women with fertility challenges for over a decade and I am delighted to announce my new course, titled Pelvic Health Physiotherapy in Women with Fertility Challenges. For Physiotherapists already trained in internal examinations and dry needling (not necessarily pelvic floor specific needling, just dry needling).
This course integrates mindfulness, reproductive and pelvic health theory and dry needling to support women experiencing fertility and is comprised of 3 sections.
1. Mindfulness Course
8 week mindfulness program
Weekly live online sessions: 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Daily home practice
Attendance: Minimum 5 of 8 sessions required to be attended live.

Access to pre recorded lectures covering pelvic health considerations in fertility.

Total: 40 CPD Points.
Mindfulness Course – 10 points
Online Theory – 20 clinical points and 2 ethics points
Practical Day – 7 clinical points and 1 ethics point
Course Fee:
R12 000 for Physiotherapists living in Africa or South Africa or (R3125 x 4 payments)
R14 000 for Physiotherapists residing outside of South Africa or (R3625 x 5 payments)
R10 000 for Physios who have previously completed a foundations or advanced pelvic floor Physiotherapy course with me in South Africa or (R2100 x 5 payments).
